Ø decision of the authorized authority about setting of leaders of enterprise, orders about setting of leaders and chief accountant (if this position is foreseen) and copy of their passports and identification codes;
Ø notarized certificate about state registration;
Ø certificate about registering of tax payer, in obedience to a current legislation;
Ø statistic department certificate;
Ø notarized card with the standards of signatures.
