1.

Object of building

Block of flats with the objects with social infrastructure at Vystavochaya street in Chubyns'ke, Borispol district, Kyiv region, with total area of 8388,87 square meters, at  the land of 3,8338 hectares

2.

Stage of financing

- 40% of the cost of object of investing - first payment at the moment of concluding of agreement of participating in Fund of financing of building "Novosel'cevo";
- 60% of the cost of object  of investing according to individual schedule to the date of putting into operation;
-
final payment after putting into operation.

Price of 1 sq.m.

4.

Terms

End of building of 1 and 3 houses – not later than 31.12.2011

Date of putting into operation of 1 and 3 houses – not later than 30.03.2012

End of building of 5 and 7 houses – not later than 31.03.2013

Date of putting into operation of 5 and 7 houses – not later than 30.06.2013

5.

Scheme of financing

- Principal visits Builder to choose object of financing. the Builder tells Principal the scheme of financing and information about the documents, which Principal needs to participate in Fund of financing of building;

- Principal visits the Bank and concludes the Agreement with the Bank. Principal need to pay 40% of the cost of object of investing just after concluding the agreement;

- The Bank gives to Principal the Certificate of participating in Fund of financing of building, that shows that particular object of investing was assign to Principal;

- Principal finances the second payment before the date of putting into operation;

- After putting into operation Principal pays the last payment acc. to real quadrature of flat;

- After paying of 100% of cost of object of investing Principal gets from the Bank Paper of making all the payments of the Fund, which Principal can change visiting the Builder to the document of property of flat.
