Our Bank takes for change banknotes of 20 (twenty) GBP of 1999 only with taking fee - 5% from sum of money of 20 GBP banknotes, that client wants to change (the fee is paid in hryvnya by NBU course)

According to exception of money circulation of banknotes of 20 GBP (1999, with portrait of Elgar) our Bank takes 20 GBP banknotes only with paying of fee - 5% of sum of money of 20 GBP banknotes (fee is taking in hryvnya by NBU offcial course).
