Certificates of deposit
Certificate of deposit on a bearer – it is the special type of deposit, connecting in itself properties of deposit and security. It is the writing testifying of bank to depositing of money facilities, which certifies a right for the owner of certificate or his legal successor on a receipt sums of payment and percents conditioned in a certificate according to law.
Basic advantage of deposit (saving) certificates on bearer of JSC "Expobank" – it is combination of all of advantages of deposit and security with the high degree of defence and practically absolute liquidity, and also invariability of interest rate on all of term of action. An interest rate is fixed in a certificate and could not be changed.
Certificates of JSC «Expobank» is of different types: percent, on a bearer, in national and foreign currencies.
On a bearer - means a free appeal (it can be sold or given a present). The nominal value of one certificate is determined a buyer at acquisition of certificate (must be multiple 100 UAH). Certificates on a bearer take a place only for the term of greater what 30 days.

Ø possibility of the using as a liquid mortgage or instrument of payment;
Ø receiving of percents at the end of the term (by guaranteed permanent interest rate)
Ø a profit is paid at redemption of certificates.

A certificate of deposit on a bearer is security, therefore a form has all of necessary degrees of defense and made in the specialized printing-houses, having the proper licenses.
Percent rates of deposit certificates are invidual and are based on indicative rates, approved by the Bank, and depend on sum and term of certificate.
