Regional network

 

Development of any bank and especially of retail business is impossible without powerful branches and offices network and immediate approach of bank services to the customers. As of 01-12-2011 our Bank’s network consists of 3 affiliated branches and 24 offices.

The work of our branches and departments is characterized by stable growth of customer base, optimal assets and liabilities structure, low risks level and foreseeable increase of financial result. Our safety and security requirements are absolutely satisfied in our regional divisions.

Our aim is further active development. We now re-organize our regional network in order to:

  • ·        retarget the Bank’s product on customer;
  • ·        retrain the personnel;
  • ·        reequip the offices;
  • ·        reconstruct the technologies and client service processes;
  • ·        create unified quality standards;
  • ·        set permanent feedback with our clients, etc.

The performance of the above tasks will give the Bank opportunity to essentially activate its position in the bank services market, provide more effective divisions management, introduce new bank products, attract resources and customers, increase its profits and develop its brand on new territories. But first of all it will give us opportunity to render services on qualitatively new level.
